Obtaining the requirements and specifications from the client to gain a better understanding of the project. After that is done, the next step is forming the Software Requirements Specifications and getting the go-ahead from the clients to begin work.
The next step is to plan out the details and establish the timeline of the project. The entire process of the project and every step is determined in this part. Then the timeline is presented to the clients with a detailed layout of what to expect at every stage.
The design of the required software/ model is developed keeping in mind the vision and the idea that the client has of the required product. The design is then shown to the client and upon obtaining the confirmation, the next step of the process begins.
Then the most crucial part of the process begins with the development of the project. The design of the system is converted into a working mechanism with the exact features as discussed with the clients.
Integration, Deployment is one of the most important aspects of the entire development process. Deployment is the mechanism through which applications, modules, updates, and patches are delivered from developers to users.
The main purpose of software maintenance is to alter and upgrade software applications after release to resolve issues and improve system performance. After the software is produced or deployed, Regular maintenance is performed in order to provide the user’s with a bug-free, smooth experience.

As the leading UI designer, Anjali’s responsibilities include overseeing the design and development of user interfaces and experiences for digital products and services by managing teams of designers and developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams while ensuring the user needs are at the center of design decisions. Some notable achievements include providing UI content work for leading Index 1 companies in the world, major world brands, and other high-profile clients; leading the design and development of user interfaces and experiences for a variety of digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software applications, and leading the redesign of a major e-commerce website which resulted in increased user engagement and conversion rates.
